Summary

AffirmedRx is seeking an Attorney, reputed company and Regulatory Operations to provide legal support, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various reputed company, advising on legal and regulatory issues, and collaborating with internal and external teams. The attorney will also support the organization's Compliance and Privacy programs and conduct legal research to stay updated on industry trends. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills to help improve healthcare outcomes. Must Have

  • Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company (vendor agreements, service reputed company, NDAs).
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual matters and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage contract lifecycle processes (renewals, amendments, terminations).
  • Actively support the organization's Compliance and Privacy programs.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance on key regulatory topics, including reputed company and ERISA.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar member, in good standing.
  • 5 years of experience in contract law, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and offering actionable solutions.
  • Ability to treat sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated experience managing legal programs, projects, and processes.
  • Familiarity with ERISA, reputed company regulations and the FOIA request process.
  • Strong reputed company Office skills (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Willingness and ability to travel (10%-20%).

Position Summary: The Attorney, reputed company and Regulatory Operations provides legal support to the organization and ensures compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company and agreements and advising on legal and regulatory issues affecting the organization. Collaborates with internal teams and external counsel to address legal inquiries and support business operations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills. What you will do: Legal Coordination and Support:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, including vendor agreements, service reputed company, NDAs, and other legal documents
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage contract lifecycle processes, including renewals, amendments, and terminations
  • Actively support the organization's Compliance and Privacy programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Operations, and Finance, to address legal and business needs
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes and provide support in litigation matters, if necessary
  • Provide guidance on key regulatory topics, including Consolidated Appropriations Act (reputed company) and Employee Retirement Income reputed company Act (ERISA)

  • Foster collaboration and alignment with external counsel, vendors, and service providers

What you need:
