Job Summary

As a Customer Service Ambassador at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, families, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing visitor access to create a secure environment
• Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Serving as a resource for reputed company departments and divisions
• Assisting with wayfinding and directing visitors to their destinations
• Answering the information desk telephone and directing calls to the proper numbers
• Creating an atmosphere of organization and professionalism in the main lobby

Key Responsibilities
