As a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Village Fertility Pharmacy, you’ll use your reputed company and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility. What you need to do the job: High School Diploma, or GED required. 1+ years of relevant experience as a technician Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required. Valid Arizona or Massachusetts pharmacy technician license is required. 1+ year(s) of call center experience preferred reputed company Office proficiency and data entry skills. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in both PC/Phone reputed company tasks. Results oriented; demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet deadlines. Training Schedule: 9am - 5pm, EST for 6 weeks. Post Training Schedule: 10:30am - 7pm, EST, Mon - Fri with 2 Saturdays per month from 9am EST - 4pm EST. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 20 - 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
