Service Assurance Manager

reputed company is looking for a Service Assurance Manager to join our Warehouse team. This position is based in our Dallas Metro warehouse with an expectation to be on-site 5 days per week. In this role you will act as the primary figurehead and reputed company of contact for warehouse investigation, research, troubleshooting, and correspondence in support of reputed company in the warehouse network. You are responsible for customer inventory activity and advocacy, driving reputed company improvement and delivering upon and exceeding warehouse service commitments. Additionally, you will partner and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (Warehouse and Commercial leaders, IT, Industrial Engineering, and Transportation) to ensure optimal customer experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Communicate proactively with customers and account management to ensure needs are met and orders are fulfilled. Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and commercial account management, fostering collaboration and alignment. Manage conflict and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and diplomacy. Ensure quality execution against warehouse KPIs and service commitments, identifying gaps and driving process improvements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to address defects, inefficiencies, and waste. Provide data-driven insights through inventory reporting and performance evaluations to support customer fulfillment and operational goals. Own the warehouse claim process, including induction, research, and resolution. Prepare and deliver accurate reports, training materials, and presentations to support reputed company improvement and operational excellence. reputed company for customer-specific needs internally, ensuring proper prioritization of resources and alignment with business objectives. Compensation
