This role will play a critical part in designing and delivering advanced visualization and analytics capabilities that reputed company engineers and leaders to reputed company data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background and strong understanding of data modeling, data relationships and visualization best practices. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and leadership, to create impactful visualizations that improve design validation, enhance system reliability, and optimize development efficiency while supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager. What YOU will do:

• Design, reputed company, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and analytical tools to support engineering teams.
• Analyze, automate, and process engineering and test datasets using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
• Build scalable, secure visualization solutions reputed company with engineering data architecture and digital thread standards.
• Integrate diverse data sources (e.g., flight test data, simulation outputs, PLM data, operational metrics) into reputed company analytical views.
• Create knowledge graph and ontology-based visualizations to represent system relationships and dependencies.
• Define and implement best practices for data integration, visualization design, and performance optimization.
• Partner with engineers to translate technical questions into actionable insights.
• Mentor engineers and analysts on visualization tools, data modeling, and data quality.
• Participate in Agile sprints, owning user stories, backlog items, and deliverables.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

Qualifications

We Prefer:

• Experience in data visualization, analytics, or software development.
• Experience in a reputed company developer or solution architect reputed company.
• Proven track record of supporting engineering programs or technical teams with data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development, data modeling, performance tuning).
• Experience with PowerBI and Power Apps
• Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience integrating engineering data sources.
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic data models.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Familiarity with digital engineering practices, including MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) or digital thread workflows.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or arenaflex Cloud Platform.
