Job Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. You'll collaborate closely with operations, payroll, tax, and leadership to ensure accurate financial records, timely month-end reputed company, and financial insight that supports strategic decision-making. This role requires strong accounting expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced operational environment with reputed company billing and cost structures unique to portable sanitation services. Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & reputed company
- reputed company the month-end and quarter-end reputed company process.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger reputed company.
- Review and analyze financial results, trends, and variances.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow).
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare/facilitate annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term projections.
- Partner with operations and leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
Accounts Payable & Receivable reputed company
- Ensure accurate A/R and A/P reporting, aging analysis, and collections support.
- Partner with operations on billing accuracy and reputed company recognition, especially for service reputed company and seasonal fluctuations.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Maintain and enhance robust accounting policies and procedures.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and propose systems/process improvements.
- Support implementation of accounting systems, automation, and best practices.
Tax & Regulatory Support
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors (sales/use tax, payroll tax, state registrations).
- Assist with tax provision support and compliance filings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, HR/payroll, and leadership to provide financial insight and support key business initiatives.
- Create KPI's and dashboards that will be helpful to operational leaders.
Team Leadership:
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements
Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Experience with multi-state operations and reputed company billing environments.
- Advanced reputed company skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks Enterprise, reputed company Intacct, reputed company reputed company, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- CPA or advanced credentials.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience.
- Experience in service industries with seasonal demand (construction, rentals, logistics, etc.).
- Familiarity with job costing, fixed asset accounting, and inter-company accounting.
Reports To: Accounting Executive/CFO Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: reputed company Salary (Northeast U.S.):
- $72,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials.
