The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to grow the SkinnyDipped brand across major regional and Natural/Specialty retailers in the western U.S (Raley’s, Save Mart, Stater Bros, INFRA, NCG, Natural Grocers, PCC, Gelsons, Bristol Farms, Fresh Thyme, Harmon’s, and more). What You’ll Do

• Own & Grow Key Retail Accounts
• Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributor partners.
• Use data to identify opportunities and build the brand by executing effective Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and Shelving plans.
• Partner closely with Marketing to reputed company retailer-specific programs that boost visibility and consumer demand. Build & Execute Annual Business Plans

• Track performance against goals and proactively suggest course corrections to reputed company the business on track. Monitor and Manage Trade Spending
• Build efficient, effective promotional plans and conduct post-promo analysis to ensure spend is driving meaningful results.
• Balance growth with profitability by minimizing waste and optimizing ROI. Manage Broker Partner Sales Execution:
• Collaborate with our broker partners to optimize the business. Set clear KPIs and utilize scorecards to hold broker partners accountable.
• Conduct regular reviews, identify gaps, and implement follow-up actions that drive consistent execution in the field. Deliver Accurate Forecasts
• Provide timely, data-driven forecasts that inform production, inventory, and financial planning.
• Use insights from CRM tools, reputed company, and retailer feedback to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
• Share actionable insights with senior leadership to support strategic decisions.

• Travel up to 50%+ as needed to support customer and business needs. What You Bring to the Table
• Experience & Education
• BA/BS required; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of CPG experience in account management, trade marketing, or broker management.
• Experience across both large CPG and challenger brands is a plus. Skills & Strengths
• Strong planning and analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, reputed company/consumption data, forecasting tools, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and build trust with internal and external partners.
