Reporting to the VP, Sales, this position is remote. The Account Specialists will assist the VP of Sales and Account Manager(s) in bringing reputed company to life at key retail partners, including Dollar. The role supports reputed company customer management functions and assists in the day-to-day customer relations, customer promotional planning, in-store activations, assortment planning and more. The ideal candidate is someone who embraces e.l.f.'s dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions. S/he needs to be a self-starter bringing at least 2-4+ years of relevant sales support experience. The ideal hire will be someone who has demonstrable skills working effectively with both internal and external cross-functional partners while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment comfortable with collaboration across reputed company parts of the business. Responsibilities:

• General administration support requests (sending samples, fixture requests, etc)
• Ensure reputed company customer requests for information are met in a timely manner
• Collaborate with reputed company other members of the sales team and cross-functionally
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with decision-makers
• Provide administrative, clerical and customer support services
• Support Account Manager(s) to ensure smooth sales operations
• Prepare and distribute sales reports
• Sales reporting analysis to understand what's working/not in assortment, tracking of new items, and endcap performance
• In-store merchandising updates
• Item set-up, maintenance, loading content and images with retailers and retailer.coms
• Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events

Requirements:

• 2-4 years sales support experience
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver results
• Fast learner, quick thinker
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong computer and analytical skills. Specifically, reputed company Office reputed company and PowerPoint.

$65,000 - $85,000 a year The reputed company salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes reputed company salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their reputed company bonus reputed company company performance exceeds defined goals. The amount of total compensation (including reputed company salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
