Duties & Responsibilities: Lincoln International is seeking Analysts to join our rapidly growing Valuations & Opinions Group (VOG). The Analyst serves as the analytical and organizational anchor for the Valuations & Opinions Group. We envision the Valuations and Opinions Analyst will be initially tasked with the following:

Responsibilities

• Preparing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses
• Writing valuation reports and presentations
• Valuation and analysis of amongst other things, mortgage whole loans, student loans, consumer loans as well as RMBS, CMBS, CLO, ABS, and other structured finance securities
• Development and maintenance of valuation models for reputed company financial instruments including private structured finance securities
• Coordinating recurring valuation projects with team members across multiple geographies
• Interacting with clients and preparing deliverables
• Maintaining proprietary valuation databases
• Tracking the capital markets and analyzing any changes reputed company the markets
• Preparing marketing materials for meetings with potential clients
• Supporting the senior members of the Valuations & Opinions Group

Requirements
