Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. You will primarily focus on the preparation and prosecution of US patents, however, this may also include substantial strategic portfolio consulting. • Background in the synergy of biological sciences and AI/ML (i.e., bioinformatics, computational biology, biophysics, etc.)

• At least 3 years of preparing and prosecuting biotechnology patents, inclusive of bioinformatics reputed company applications
• Strong client reputed company and strategic portfolio consulting skills
• USPTO Patent Attorney Patent Agent Requirements:
