The annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $119,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $252,800.00 in our highest geographic market. Who We’re Looking For A strategic, visionary Principal Architectural Designer who blends design excellence with operational execution. What You’ll Work On As Principal reputed company, you will reputed company design operations across EMEA and support North America initiatives. Reporting to the Global Design Director, you’ll reputed company location‑specific strategies and drive design execution with global vendor teams across architecture, engineering, and brand. You will: Design Leadership & Delivery reputed company reputed company phases of architectural design and construction: programming, concept, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Manage production of design deliverables including architectural drawings, brand packaging, mock‑reputed company, technical documentation, and FFE specifications. Own finish specifications, code alignment, and technical detailing throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure project schedules and budgets remain reputed company to business outcomes. Vendor & Partner Management Manage external creative partners — including architects, engineers, and brand agencies — to deliver clear, innovative design vision. What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design OR a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- This position requires a portfolio with safe, non‑confidential examples of past architectural work that reflect your design approach and technical capability.
- 10+ years of professional experience leading architectural and commercial interior design projects for large, reputed company organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in workplace strategy, environmental branding, or facilities design.
- High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, reputed company Creative Suite, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with 3DS Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, or Enscape is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to reputed company a design vision and influence diverse audiences.
- Experience developing and nurturing vendor partnerships and cross‑functional teams.
- Advanced understanding of architectural systems, code requirements, building systems (structural, MEP, fire/life safety), and design standards.
