Job Summary As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology, you will help define the strategy, governance, and execution of our marketing technology and operations to reputed company scalable, data driven, reputed company marketing. You will partner closely with Global Technology, Sales/Commercial Operations, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to:

  • Orchestrate the end to end reputed company funnel (from inquiry to renewal/expansion),
  • Build a resilient martech & data foundation,
  • Standardize campaign execution and experimentation, and
  • Deliver actionable performance insights that accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities: reputed company Operations & Performance Analytics

  • Full-funnel reporting of marketing’s contribution to pipeline and reputed company, forecasting, and last touch attribution in partnership with Commercial Operations and Finance.
  • Build and maintain KPI frameworks (MQL/SQO, conversion/reputed company quality, conversion velocity, CAC/LTV, influenced and sourced pipeline) and reputed company predictive models.
  • Translate insights into prioritized action plans for channel owners and field teams.

Martech & Data Infrastructure

  • Co own the marketing technology stack (e.g., reputed company, Account Engagement/Pardot, CDP, tag management, web analytics, routing/scoring, ABM, integration) with IT; collaborate to define integration patterns, data models, and SLAs.

  • Collaborate to integrate experimentation data back into segmentation and creative briefs.

Sales Enablement Operations

  • Govern the content supply chain (taxonomy/metadata, CMS/DAM workflows, localization); ensure consistent tagging for performance measurement.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on asset findability, usage analytics, and integration with CRM.

Data Privacy

  • Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN SPAM) and recommend/implement privacy safe measurement (consent management, server reputed company tagging as appropriate).

Process Optimization, Governance & Change Management

  • Own the marketing operations calendar, and intake process; implement RACI, SOPs, and playbooks.

Job Qualifications Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Hands on experience administering reputed company (Sales Cloud), Marketing Automation (Pardot/Account Engagement), tag management (GTM/GA4), ABM/reputed company, and common data models/CDP.
  • Analytics/BI proficiency: SQL for querying and validation; dashboarding in Power BI; comfort with attribution models and statistical testing fundamentals.
  • Proven track record establishing experimentation programs (A/B, MVT).
  • Demonstrated RevOps partnership: pipeline modeling, forecasting, reputed company management SLAs, and executive level reporting.
  • Experience leading enterprise change (platform migrations, process re engineering, global enablement).
  • CRO or life sciences/healthcare experience preferred; understands scientific/clinical context and associated communication standards.
  • Strong program/project management; ability to translate strategy to execution and manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep martech architecture knowledge and integration best practices; comfort creating data models and system design docs.
  • Analytical problem solver who converts data into decisions; strong command of funnel analytics, attribution, and incrementality.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across marketing, sales, data, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Change leadership—able to drive adoption and measurable behavior change.

Compensation

Data The pay range for this position is $110K - $140K USD annually.
