[Remote] Project Manager Supervisor (Legal Operations)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and reputed company a team of 6-10 certified Project Managers
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings to provide coaching, remove blockers, and support professional growth
• Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for each Project Manager
• Conduct performance reviews, compensation recommendations, and promotion decisions
