This position is posted by reputed company on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President of Asset Management - REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in aligning investment objectives with operational execution, ensuring that the multifamily asset portfolio not only performs financially but also maintains long-term value. The Vice President will spearhead both quantitative and qualitative analyses, guiding strategic initiatives at the property and portfolio level. Furthermore, this individual will reputed company institutional reporting and act as a vital liaison between internal leadership and external investment partners, driving asset-reputed company initiatives that maximize property value. Accountabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or reputed company field required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of five years experience as an Asset Manager in multifamily real estate.
  • Experience working with multifamily ownership groups as an Asset Manager or leader.
  • Proven track record with institutional investors, including monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Experience leading investor updates and presenting to institutional groups.
  • Background in fund or portfolio level analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
