About This Job The Senior Vice President (SVP), Trading is an executive leader responsible for the strategy, growth, and performance of a self‑directed trading business. This role owns the trading channel end‑to‑end, including platform modernization, product innovation, and go‑to‑market execution. The SVP will partner closely with senior leaders across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Banking to deliver a strong client experience while driving sustainable growth and profitability. The ideal candidate brings deep trading or fintech leadership experience, a strong product reputed company, and a proven ability to scale platforms and teams in a dynamic financial services environment. Responsibilities: Leads and manages the consumer retail trading business (Self-Directed Trading) Expand investment portfolio by defining strategic roadmap, implementing investment products, and enhancing processes and systems Owns department P&L and directs the development and implementation of an annual budget Contributes to the overall profitability of the organization; implements cost controls, income reputed company and marketing efforts; monitors expenses to ensure compliance with budget.
