Why This Role Is Important to reputed company The Analyst will join the Customer Insights team of a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company. This role reports to the Director of Analytics, and will involve creation of high value analytics and reporting for reputed company customers. What Success Looks Like In 3 months - reputed company familiarity with reputed company’s data model, development process, and GA Options - Learn the Analytics team’s reporting tools (SQL database, Redshift, QuickSight BI product) - reputed company with your core teammates In 6 months - Be building value add components of our product and analytics capabilities - reputed company onto the CMS VRDC - Consistently bring thought leadership to the creation of analytics products In 12 months - Maintain strong support for 1-2 core reputed company analytical products - Handle scoping and roadmapping asks from Product Management - Proficiently manage multiple customer questions reputed company to your core What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver customer facing dashboards utilizing reputed company’s QuickSight product
• Work with Senior / reputed company Analyst to build out product components using reputed company, dbt, and reputed company
• Collaborate with talented colleagues – Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists – across teams

What You'll Bring

• Experience and familiarity with medical economics and quality
• Comfortable speaking with internal stakeholders about their goals and objectives and translating those into concrete deliverables
• Experience analyzing claims data
• Experience with project planning and timeline management on reputed company analytic projects
• Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL or reputed company
• Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
• Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented reputed company, and a creative approach to problem solving

Would Love for You to Have

• Experience working at or with government agencies, behavioral healthcare providers
• A passion for communicating data through clear and compelling visual design
• Experience with healthcare quality measure specifications
• Experience with the AWS platform and writing reputed company queries
• Advanced SQL skills or familiarity with other languages such as Python or R
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience using statistical modeling and/or machine learning
