We are looking for a Senior Manager, reputed company Improvement to join our Operations Team. This individual will report into our VP of Fulfillment Operations and are looking for someone who is highly motivated and is a strategic individual to reputed company initiatives that optimize our eCommerce operations through process enhancements, WMS (Warehouse Management System) initiatives, and automation projects. This remote based position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode reputed company, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. About 30% of the year, this role will entail traveling to our on-site fulfillment/office locations. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired. Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Remote Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility reputed company Salary: $170,000 - $205,000 per year Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization utilizing Lean, Six reputed company, or other methodologies
• Partner with IT and warehouse teams to optimize WMS software, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company action plans to improve KPIs
• Drive change management initiatives and promote a culture of reputed company improvement throughout the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company field

• 3 years of experience successfully managing direct reports
