Job Description
Supervises and directs professional and support staff for the reputed company Cycle ensuring effective use of employees, equipment & materials reputed company budget & quality standards. Responsible for full reputed company of human resources and operational functions and workflows, including but not limited to performance management, attendance management, training, and quality. Identifies trends, performs tactical planning and carries out strategic plans. Ensures staff has the resources to carry out their responsibilities. Possesses the technical knowledge of the function being supervised. Implements retention and recruitment planning initiatives. Serves as liaison between area of responsibility and other constituents inside and reputed company of Mayo. Qualifications
High School diploma and five years of relevant management experience OR Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant financial experience OR Master's degree required. Possesses PC skills, both keyboarding and applications. Knowledge of and experience with Finance systems and applications preferred. Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification Preferred. Preferred Qualifications:
- Surgical Prior Authorization experience
