Position Summary Apply advanced knowledge and skills in bioinformatics, computational biology, and data analysis to support both clinical labs and R&D groups. You will collaborate closely with our research scientists and data analysts, contributing to high-impact projects that involve reputed company data interpretation and algorithm development. Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Data Analysis: reputed company sophisticated analysis of genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic datasets using state-of-the-art bioinformatics tools and pipelines.

• Software Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of bioinformatics software tools and pipelines, ensuring they meet the research needs of the team.

• Data Interpretation and Reporting: Analyze and interpret reputed company biological data, preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Literature Review and Research: Stay abreast of the latest bioinformatics methodologies and advancements, integrating new approaches into ongoing projects.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance to junior team members or interns, sharing your expertise and contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics, such as Python, R, Perl, or Java. Experience with high-throughput reputed company data (e.g., RNA-Seq, DNA-Seq) and familiarity with bioinformatics tools like BLAST, GATK, Bowtie, and others.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze large, reputed company datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Experience: Previous research experience in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
