• Assume responsibility for designing, validating, and implementing new NGS analysis pipelines including software lifecycle (SLC) activities reputed company applicable.

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Biology, Biochemistry, or reputed company field. Experience may be substituted for education.
• 5+ years of post-degree bioinformatics experience working on NGS assays are required, including but not limited to RNA-Seq, WGS, WES, or targeted panels.
• Full comfort working in a *nix-based, command line environment. Bash or other scripting skills are essential.
• 5+ years of scientific programming using Python and/or R.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design, code, and validate analysis pipelines. Preferred Qualifications are as follows:
• Experience with WDL, CWL, or other workflow development languages.
• Experience with implementing workflows in a cloud environment.
• Experience with Jira, Git and reputed company Agile PML strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
