Primary Responsibilities:
As our Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

Design and implement customer service standard guidelines and policies to enhance satisfaction and key metrics across reputed company platforms.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate with teams such as Operations, Public Affairs, Quality, and Marketing to address issues impacting the customer experience.

Record and Track Customer Feedback:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree:
A BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

Minimum 5 years working experience focusing on customer-management roles previously, such as voice of customer, experience design, customer care, customer intelligence, customer loyalty.

Occupational Demands:
This role requires the ability to work in an office environment with occasional exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms reputed company visiting plasma donation centers. The role also requires frequent sitting for 6-8 hours per day, repetitive hand movement, and occasional walking, bending, and twisting. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 35lbs may be required. Occasional international or U.S. travel may be required.
