Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by:

  • Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and third parties to ensure seamless interactions and resolve issues reputed company.
  • Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information to provide accurate and up-to-date responses.
  • Ensuring customer needs are met in every interaction, whether conducted reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence, and escalating reputed company issues to senior representatives reputed company necessary.
  • Meeting established department standards for call volume, average call handling time, and effective time management to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills

Training and Onboarding

Our training program will last 2-3 weeks, conducted Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST. Availability for training during the weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST is required. Following training, you'll work 40 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is available.
