Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. This includes:
- Email Correspondence: Respond to guest inquiries reputed company email, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Voicemail Management: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Reservation Management: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience.
- Customer Assistance: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns with reputed company and efficiency, escalating issues reputed company necessary.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote setting or tourism/hospitality industry.
- Reservation Management Skills: Experience using a reservation management system is a plus.

Job Type

Pay
