Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing large volumes of inbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach
• Following conversation prompts and scripts to ensure consistency and quality in handling different topics
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to resolve their problems
• Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services reputed company they arise
• Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile whenever possible
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of reputed company conversations in our call center database
• Participating in educational seminars and training programs to improve knowledge and performance level

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
