As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats
• Providing exceptional customer experiences through active listening, reputed company, and problem-solving
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment

Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a 45-hour week, Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-6pm EST. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your workspace and schedule.
