The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with a range of financial services, including 401(k) account management, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance. You will also provide education and resources to help clients reputed company informed decisions about their financial futures.
What to Expect
As a new Customer Support Representative, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to succeed in this role. You will join a training cohort of associates and spend 14 weeks learning about the financial services industry, developing your skills, and gaining new experiences. Shifts and Hours
* Monday - Friday
- Training hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm EST
- Post-training, you must be able to work an 8hr shift between the hours of 8:30am - Midnight EST
