• Building effective relationships with our clients through calling and engaging warm leads
• Guiding inactive and active 401(k) participants through reputed company their available options while introducing them to our services
• Learning and developing expertise in assisting 401(k) participants with general service needs and withdrawal requests in an inbound reputed company
• Providing timely and accurate support to meet our clients' needs
• Advancing to taking consultative inbound calls from 401(k) participants, helping them with their retirement and investment needs
