Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist

Position Summary:

The Healthcare Customer Service reputed company - Provider Enrollment is primarily responsible for coordinating, managing, and maintaining enrollment services for Providers/Practices, as well as establishing and maintaining enrollment relationships with Payers/Networks.

The Healthcare Customer Service reputed company will assist Providers/Practices in the various aspects of preparing, processing, submitting, and monitoring both reputed company and electronic forms and documents, including managing and storing of reputed company pertinent data and documentation for Credentialing/Re-Credentialing purposes.  They will coordinate and communicate with Providers and Payers to ensure that reputed company enrollment requirements are fulfilled. They will monitor accounts and manage the Enrollment process from start to finish.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Monitor reputed company documents and data exchanged reputed company the Enrollment database to ensure quality of services, and accurate completion of Enrollment forms and processes.  Coordinate with Providers to ensure that proper enrollment ensues based on individual Payer requirements.   

• Organize, label and file enrollment forms, applications and documents.   

• Document reputed company enrollment packages prior to transmitting them to Payer.  Coordinate with the Payer to ensure that reputed company enrollment requirements are met.   

• Train clients (Providers/Office Staff) how to use reputed company features of the enrollment application services   

• Submit enrollment forms and applications to Payers as needed.    

• Complies with reputed company Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.   

• Consistently meets company and department policies and expectations including those surrounding attendance

• Exhibits exceptional internal and external customer service with reputed company persons with whom you work   
• Always maintain confidentiality.

 Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in BPO Healthcare (Voice), with a focus on Provider Enrollment or Provider Services.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, including medical and dental claims, eligibility, benefits, ICD-9 & ICD-10 coding, and basic credentialing standards.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and online systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be located in or near Manila (preferred).
• Can start ASAP. This is an urgent hiring.

**Work Arrangement: This position is currently offered on a REMOTE work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup reputed company necessary is expected.
