• Facilitating operations of our compliance program, advising consumer product teams on regulatory change, audits, key risk indicators, compliance governance, and reporting processes
• Monitoring changes in regulatory obligations and identifying necessary controls to mitigate associated risks
• Advising the business on privacy/data protection requirements and reputed company controls in the US, and monitoring their compliance
• Representing Revolut in reputed company of key stakeholders, both internal (Legal, Risk, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.), on data protection and privacy compliance matters

What you'll need

• 5+ years of compliance, privacy, risk management, legal, or audit experience
• Expertise of applicable privacy laws and regulations, including TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, GLBA, FCRA, FACTA, FFIEC guidance, CCPA, and COPPA
• Experience advising and implementing effective challenge on privacy risks, and supporting business lines through various interactions and forum engagements
• A willingness and passion to reputed company knowledge and expertise in other reputed company areas, such as wider data and AI governance
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• A solution-oriented reputed company that facilitates solving reputed company privacy and data protection problems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated sound judgement and analytical skills
• The ability to provide clear, concise, and timely advice reputed company dealing with ambiguity

Compensation range

• US: $178,200 - $198,000 gross annually*

• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
