What you’ll do: Job Summary The Collaboration Team Platform Architect is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and governance across a broad scope of reputed company solutions. This position requires deep expertise in modern cloud-based collaboration tools as well as on-premises SharePoint infrastructure, with a strong focus on aligning platform capabilities to business needs, ensuring reputed company and compliance, and enabling digital transformation initiatives. Job Responsibilities Platform Architecture and Strategy:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to IT staff and power users.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience leading / Architecting large corporation IT projects with global teams.
• 3+ years with SharePoint Online (M365)
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture is essential, as the organization continues to reputed company its platforms and adopt cloud-native technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA.
• Previous experience with SharePoint Server 2019 (or earlier versions).
• M365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Azure AD, Exchange Online) and hybrid identity solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint reputed company (SPFx), REST APIs, and integration with external systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis.
