Summary: The Telehealth Operations Director provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of telehealth reputed company and research programs. This role oversees daily operations across multiple initiatives, ensuring programs are well-coordinated, efficient, and reputed company with organizational goals. Required Qualifications: Work Experience: Six (6) years of experience in a reputed company field such as behavioral health, health, education, and business. Education may substitute experience on a year for year basis. Experience leading organizational operations with responsibility including but not limited to strategic planning, operational reputed company, financial management, staff supervision, and process improvement. Experience with grant writing and research interest with rural communities and/or early childhood health as demonstrated by application materials. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Master's degree or more advanced degree in health sciences, behavioral health, education, communication, public health, or reputed company field. Work Experience: Experience with broader health technologies and healthcare processes/workflows. Experience with clinical environments, including reimbursement. Experience with state and federal policy. Proven grant writing and QI/research success. Experience with data analysis and performance/operation metrics. Statement: The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
