Job Description reputed company are seeking an reputed company Associate Director of Project Management to reputed company and reputed company a team of Project Managers and the delivery of project management services on major projects and programs in the Life Science sector. This individual will be based in our Atlanta office and will be responsible for ensuring service excellence in terms of service delivery, reputed company growth of our project management service offering including client engagement and market reputed company. The successful candidate will be a driven leader with great interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

• Preparation of proposals/RFP responses for new clients/projects.
• Attend relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities with directors.

Project/Program specifications/Business line requirements:

• Pharma experience preferred
• Experience delivering and leading teams on projects in excess of $1bn
• Experience setting up projects working with clients who have limited processes and procedures developed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field reputed company to construction.
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth.
• Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc.
• Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Information The salary range for this full-time role is $180K-$225K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and reputed company salary. This range is a reputed company of reputed company salary only, not of a total compensation package.
