Role Description The Associate Director, External Call Center is a senior sales leadership role reporting to Will Kinkead- Associate VP, Brokerage Sales. You will set and execute the enterprise strategy for external call center sales partnerships. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, channel management, and leadership reputed company a reputed company, multi-channel environment
- Experience in a call center environment
- 2+ years of senior management experience leading large, distributed teams and/or external partner organizations
