Temporary Remote Position
This is a temporary, remote position, contingent on catastrophe relief needs. As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your shifts from a weekly coverage form. Our hours of operation are from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST. You'll have the flexibility to choose the shifts that work best for you, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process.
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
Computer and Network Requirements
To ensure a seamless and secure experience, we require the following:
- Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home.
- Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, or any other operating system.
- Network Requirements:
+ Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net). + Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended. + You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations. + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.

Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
