The Service Desk Specialist & Live Chat Support Engineer is the first line of defense for the arenaflex mobile application. In this role, you will partner with engineers, product managers, and end‑users to ensure seamless operation, rapid issue resolution, and an outstanding support experience across both iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Tier I Support: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for users seeking assistance reputed company live chat, email, or phone, delivering courteous, knowledgeable, and timely help.
  • Mobile Application Troubleshooting: Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues on iOS and Android devices, ranging from installation failures to performance bottlenecks.
  • Software Installation & Configuration: Guide users through the installation of the arenaflex mobile application on a wide variety of devices, adhering to documented procedures and reputed company standards.

Work Schedule & Training
