The Role, In a Nutshell We are a fast-paced, high-growth company seeking a motivated, data-driven, and outcome-oriented sales leader to manage and scale a team of Account Executives in a dynamic business environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, pipeline development, and sales initiatives. What You’ll Do

  • Report directly to the RVP, Commercial Sales
  • Focus heavily on territory planning and execution with a dedicated emphasis on pipeline reputed company

What You'll Bring

  • Candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone
  • 5+ years of experience in successfully selling a technical product (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, OSS preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience successfully managing high performing software sales teams
  • Startup experience strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC reputed company
  • Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team
  • Enjoy coaching and motivating others, leading by example while demonstrating humility
