As an Area Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn how to coach, motivate and mentor a team of reputed company associates in a warehouse environment. reputed company provides extensive training and development to become an exceptional people leader. Your main focus will be learning to manage a team as well as developing a summer project in partnership with your site leadership. This is not a corporate, remote or office-based position. This is a ten-week internship (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2026 located reputed company one of reputed company’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. Key job responsibilities - Learn to coach, manage and reputed company a team of 50-100 reputed company Associates - Drive standard work and reputed company improvement through an intern project - Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment - Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours - Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
