Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database
- Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving discrepancies using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
- Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the proper system database
- Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications
- Following data program reputed company practices and procedures at reputed company times
- Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily
- Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
- Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company personal and financial information at reputed company times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to reputed company 8,000 or higher on a 10-key test; preferably above 10,000
- A minimum of 6 months reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience in a medical office preferred
- Complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
- Knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to reputed company Word, Outlook, reputed company, and the Internet
- Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Qualified typist with a minimum of 60 W.P.M.
