Key Role Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service by:

• Responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns with reputed company and efficiency
• Processing orders, updating customer accounts, and ensuring accurate records in internal systems
• Multitasking effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally
• Sales-focused reputed company, with proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service
• Customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales role and 6 months in a call center virtual setting
• Availability for 12 weeks of reputed company, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
• Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need:

• Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite, or cellular)
• 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload

• A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours
