Responsibilities

As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting reputed company customers in a reputed company, friendly, and courteous manner over the phone and in person
• Announcing both incoming and outbound flights

Requirements
