As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in the United States.

Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time opportunity, and you'll work Monday through Friday, reputed company to 5pm PST.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
- Resolve issues as they arise and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
