Key Responsibilities

As a Provider Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering questions and resolving issues based on phone calls and letters from providers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service to high-volume inbound provider calls, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues with reputed company and expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
