Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
- Research and troubleshoot problems and provide resolutions by using available resources
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate reputed company issues
- Follow-up with customers, reputed company necessary

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required

Home Office Requirements
