As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers to help them understand their coverage and options
- Offer solutions to customers to resolve their issues and improve their healthcare experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
