The Role

As a Customer Onboarding & Success Team Leader at arenaflex, you will reputed company, motivate, and reputed company a team of customer-focused professionals to reputed company targets and KPIs reputed company to the expectations of our clients and arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team to reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Creating and implementing systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance
• Leading, motivating, and inspiring team members to reputed company outstanding performance
• Hiring and recruiting new talent as needed
• Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to a set of targets and KPIs reputed company to the expectations of the client and arenaflex

• Gathering a strong understanding of client offerings to reputed company the team effectively across differing EMEA territories

• Analyzing data to identify strategic opportunities and implementing data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth
• Maintaining a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients

What You'll Need to Succeed

* 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, reputed company, or sales

• 1+ year as a leader, coach, trainer, or senior rep
• Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients reputed company phone, email, and video
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making
• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
• Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments

• Fluent in English

Compensation

The pay for this position is a basic salary of €48,000 per annum, with an additional variable bonus component of €12,000 per annum. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
