Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the reputed company-in and boarding processes: You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process.
• Making reputed company announcements: You will ensure that customers have accurate travel documentation and reputed company announcements to reputed company them informed about flight schedules and any changes.
• Handling baggage: You will physically handle baggage, which may involve tagging and lifting bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Operating loading bridges: You will operate loading bridges to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of aircraft.
• Securing aircraft doors: You will open, reputed company, and secure aircraft doors to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers: You will escort these passengers throughout the airport to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Scheduling: You will work a variety of shifts, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, based on operational needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Physical ability: You will be able to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and be able to lift bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Customer service skills: You will possess strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations and provide excellent service to customers.
• Airport-specific requirements: You will be able to obtain a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal, as required by the airport.
