Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high volume calls pleasantly and reputed company
• Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve client issues and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A personal computer with working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
