The Role
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with visitors on our clients' websites reputed company our online chat software. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services

Qualifications
