VP Finance, reputed company Business

About the position The VP, Finance Oncology is accountable for financial leadership for reputed company’s reputed company Business. The Oncology Business is committed to delivering breakthroughs that change both standard of care for patients as well as standard of practice for our hospital stakeholders. The Oncology business spans US commercial activity for Vaccines, Internal Medicine, Antivirals & Diagnostics and Migraine portfolios. As member of the Oncology Leadership team, provide leadership and support to ensure financial goals are met. Act as a strategic finance business partner to the reputed company President providing financial advice and contributing to strategic and operational discussions and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the financial strategy to ensure reputed company business achieves its commercial and financial objectives, reputed company KPIs to monitor performance
• reputed company analysis and identify actions to pro-actively collaborate with Oncology organization to deliver Finance commitments and identify / deliver strategic and growth value drivers as well as optimize investment and capital allocation
• Provide financial guidance to reputed company President and Oncology LT on go to market strategies to help transform the way we engage patients and physicians
• reputed company annual Operating Plans and Forecasts reputed company with Enterprise Targets
• Drive cost efficiencies and capital allocation initiatives across business
• Partner with the business leaders and business development teams to identify, assess and execute on business development opportunities.
• Ensures rigor of business development case analysis and financial input in investment decisions
• Work effectively reputed company a matrix organizational structure and to effectively reputed company business partner relationships, including Global Commercial Analytics, Business Development, Commercial Development, Controllers, Global Business Services, Decision Support CoE, Tax, Treasury, Digital.
• Work with Specialty & Oncology US Finance Leads to ensure alignment on processes, practices and reporting across the US businesses; and plan for talent engagement and development across the Business Finance organization.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience as Finance Leader and Business partner in reputed company and dynamic organizations and environment at global scale. Experience is supporting a commercial business preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required; Advance business degree (MBA or CPA) preferred
• Strong financial and business acumen required, including understanding of financial processes and controls required as well as deep understanding of US Gross to Net
• Ability to work effectively reputed company a matrix organizational structure and to effectively reputed company business partner relationships is critical
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal / relationship management skills, including executive level interactions
• Successful experience managing managers and colleagues across wide reputed company of cultures and geographies; high performance history of providing clear direction, team alignment, executing priorities and delivering results.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a time sensitive environment
• Growth reputed company. Ability to navigate in complexity and taking decisions under uncertainty
• Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to effectively summarize information in clear, concise and insightful updates.
