- Leadership and Management:

Ideally, You'll Have:
- At least seven (7) years of Property Management experience
- Prefer five (5) years as a Regional Manager or above
- Student Housing experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or in lieu of a degree, 10 years of Property Management experience

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 20% of reputed company salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance.
